一 |     我买了贵价商品，商家挂羊头卖狗肉，以次充好，故意发最便宜的，差价接近卖价，我第一时间联系，商家找借口，说新老交替发货，写在详情页，那为什么不放主图？恶意误解消费者，想赚取高额利润，然后拒绝我的售后，一直拒绝，我联系平台，怎么都联系不上，永远机器人重复回复！。    (ECNS) -- Chinese travelers in Cambodia can now use WeChat Pay to scan local KHQR codes for everyday purchases under a cross-border QR payment service launched Tuesday in Phnom Penh by the National Bank of Cambodia and WeChat Pay.    Under the first phase, WeChat Pay users can scan KHQR codes at Cambodian merchants to pay for dining, shopping, transportation, tourism and entertainment. KHQR is Cambodia’s QR payment standard.    The service also allows Cambodian merchants to accept payments from WeChat Pay users through their existing KHQR system without additional transaction fees.    Cambodia received 450,000 Chinese tourists in the first half of 2026. A pilot visa-free policy for Chinese citizens took effect on June 15.
